TXSAT partners with local businesses, food vendors, community organizations, and event operators to help create a safe, fun, and efficient experience for athletes and families.

What Vendors Need to Provide 

The basics:

• A valid food vendor permit (if serving food)

• Proof of general liability insurance (standard for all food trucks)

TXSAT verifies all documentation before event participation.

What TXSAT Provides 

We make your job easy:

• A designated vendor area

• Clear arrival and setup instructions

• On‑site TXSAT Operations Lead

• Event Security (when required)

• A high‑traffic environment with athletes, parents, and fans

You show up, set up, and serve.

We handle the rest.

On‑Site Expectations

All vendors must follow TXSAT’s standard event protocols to keep the event safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone:

• Arrive during the designated vendor check‑in window

• Check in with the TXSAT Operations Lead when you arrive

• Follow TXSAT staff directions for parking and setup

• Keep your area clean during service

• Do not directly solicit athletes while they are testing

• Wear your TXSAT vendor badge at all times

• Follow basic safety and security guidelines

• Respect any district facility rules (if the event is on a school campus)

• Only distribute materials that were approved in your vendor application

• Stay within your assigned vendor area

TXSAT may remove any vendor who does not follow these guidelines, but our goal is always to support you and keep things running smoothly.

Hosting Partners (Measure Up! Sites) 

Local businesses and community organizations may host Measure Up! stations.

Hosting partners must provide:

• A small open area (inside or outside) 

• Basic access for TXSAT staff

• A clean, safe environment

TXSAT provides all equipment, staff, setup, and cleanup
