Our Measure Up! stage is a simple, safe, and free, controlled measurement circuit designed for all middle‑ and high‑school athletes. Each event includes:
Check‑In Table
Height Station
Weight Station
Wingspan + Handspan Station
Interview Booth (short athlete profile interview)
There is no running, no drills, no equipment, and no physical activity.
The entire event is low‑impact, quiet, and easy to host in any clean indoor space.
10 × 20 ft (Food Court Command Center).
2 tables, 2 check‑in devices, photo backdrop.
• Parent signs Liability Waiver and Media Release.
• Athlete + parent sign Code of Conduct.
• Athlete receives Station Map Card (with fields for Height, Weight, Wingspan, Handspan).
• Evaluator verifies slot and takes official profile photo.
• Profile photo automatically loads into athlete's profile.
• Card is scanned into system; athlete proceeds to first measurement.

• Athlete removes shoes.
• Evaluator confirms identity.
• Athlete stands straight under stadiometer.
• Measurement entered on card and athlete's profile.
• Two photos: athlete on equipment + close‑up of measurement.

• Athlete removes shoes.
• Steps onto Befour PS‑6600 scale.
• Evaluator records weight on card and athlete's profile.
• Two photos: athlete on scale + close‑up of digital readout.
8 × 8 ft footprint. Open wall space. 1 device, 2 staff.
• Athlete stands at Zybek Sports wingspan apparatus.
• Evaluator confirms identity.
• Arms fully extended; measurement taken.
• Two photos: athlete on equipment + close‑up of measurement.
• Then each hand measured separately on handspan ruler.
• One photo per hand.
• All values entered on card and into athlete's profile.

Athlete/Parent/Sponsor Interviews (parent/athlete will be notified prior to, or upon, check in for special TXSAT Premier Day interviews)
Athletes can choose any backdrop available-but may be assigned a particular one by 5 Star Youth Ranking/TXSAT staff
Sorry, no interview redos will be done during Measure Up! Premier event.
The athlete has completed the full TXSAT Measure Up! circuit. All measurements, photos, evaluations, reports, and media clips (if selected) are automatically linked to their TXSAT ID. The Measure Up! Map received and used during the event is the athlete's to keep. It will also have the metrics recorded at the Premier Event.
Height, weight, wingspan, and handspan: within 24 hours/1 business day
Profile photos + media clips of Measure Up! event: within 5 business days
Zybek Sports Report: within 2 business days after Stage 2 - Speed Stage
Athlete Logic Evaluation: within 3 business days after Stage 2 - Speed Stage
5 Star Certified Evaluator's Report: within 3 business days after Stage 2 - Speed Stage
All results appear in the athlete’s TXSAT Profile (sent to the parent email on file)
