Campus staffing or supervision (TXSAT provides all staffing)
Venue setup or teardown (TXSAT handles all equipment)
Competitor data (coaches only receive their own athletes’ data)
District data storage or transmission (districts do not store TXSAT data)
Athlete eligibility decisions - The TXSAT is open to all athletes from all high school and middle school sports in Texas.
Recruiting or scouting outside the College Support Services channel
Media requests sent to personal staff numbers
Event‑day operational questions (contact the Event Director only)
This ensures all communication is routed correctly and efficiently.
