A single, centralized, district‑wide event powered by 5 Star Youth Ranking and Zybek Sports, the industry standard in athlete timing and performance measurement.

THE TEXAS STUDENT ATHLETE TEST (TXSAT)
TXSAT is free, fair, fully standardized, and requires no staffing or equipment from schools. All athletes register directly for the TXSAT, and all communication with parents and participants is handled by TXSAT. The program is operated by 5 Star Youth Ranking, a Student Athlete Testing Center, and is certified and powered by Zybek Sports.

THE TEXAS 2 STEP TXSAT
THE TEXAS 2 STEP TXSAT
The TXSAT uses a simple two‑step process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a fully standardized experience for every athlete. Step 1 handles all registration, check‑in, measurements, and the assigning/coding of each athlete’s RFID timing profile. (Athletes receive their RFID bracelet upon arrival at Step 2 — The Speed Stage.) Completing Step 1 first allows Step 2 — the fully automated athletic testing — to run at maximum speed and precision. Every timed station in Step 2 is triggered by the athlete’s RFID bracelet, eliminating hand timing, human error, and bottlenecks. This two‑step model allows large groups of athletes to be tested quickly, consistently, and fairly, while keeping the process completely turnkey for schools and districts.
