The Texas Student Athlete Test™ (TXSAT™) is being developed as the statewide standard for certified athletic evaluation — free and open to all middle school and high school athletes in every sport, male and female. TXSAT™ is not a hype event or a football combine. It is a year‑round initiative that culminates in a twice‑a‑year, fully standardized athletic test designed to give every athlete in Texas a fair, objective starting point and verified data point.
TXSAT™ has two stages, generally held as separate events:
Stage 1 — Measure Up!™ (Biometric Intake)
This stage is fast, orderly, and takes under 10 minutes. Measure Up!™ events will be held year‑round in all seven regions, ensuring every athlete in every sport has accurate, verified measurables.
Stage 2 — Speed Stage™ (Full Athletic Test)
All results are certified by Zybek Sports® — the industry standard used by the NFL Combine. Speed Stage™ events are held twice a year in each region: before school starts in September and during winter break.

Measure Up! is the intake system for TXSAT.
It creates each athlete’s verified profile before they enter the full TXSAT.

30 designated parking spaces for client flow
Athletes park → complete intake → exit
Fully staffed by TXSAT (no burden on campus or park staff)

Every student from every sport is tested using the same certified equipment, the same procedures, and the same timing—so results are accurate, comparable, and trusted across campuses and districts.
TXSAT™ is administered by 5 Star Youth Ranking™, a designated Zybek Sports® Certified Student Athlete Testing Center, ensuring all testing is performed using Zybek Sports® certified equipment and standards.
